Just a brief note to say a sincere thank you for the
Beautiful food and hard work for Jean and Johnny’s
wedding. Every one spoke about the food and people
could not believe that when they asked for medium beef
that was exactly what they had. To say nothing of the
lemon meringue roulade –OMG sinful. You played a
blinder as did all of you staff. So thank you again to one
and all.

We highly recommend Barbara Russell and her team at Russell Catering for any event. Barbara has catered for many of our family's events - from christenings to communions to big birthdays (and even one funeral!) Usually groups of 30 - 80 We live in Dublin 6 and have had Barbara cater for the following in the last 2 years : A communion (approx. 70 people including lots of kids) Barbara did a fabulous ham and vegetables and cool salads all of which went down a treat. The kids were well catered for with ham and mashed potatoes and zillions of home made brownies) - She came fully prepared, set up while we were at the church and we arrived home to a feast soon afterwards - ham cut to order, we availed of crockery and cutlery service too which made everything even easier. Barbara tidied up as she went along and left the place in super order with enough leftovers wrapped for us to have a mini feast again the next day!
For another summer event last year Barbara did a Barbecue, marinated steaks, chicken etc and salads all beautifully presented with every detail considered. Desserts we love the most are the roulades- especially the chocolate one!

What would I do without Russell Catering! I have used this wonderful service for nearly 30 years now and it has certainly made entertaining so much easier! Barbara has done Christening, First Communion , Confirmation, 21st, Office, Anniversary and no reason parties for me over the years and I have never ever had one complaint! I think that says it all!
We must have tasted most of Barbara’s many menus by now and all of her dishes are delicious. And what makes the night is we have hardly any clearing up to do the next day ! Russell Catering makes entertaining easy and enjoyable.
I would definitely recommend them.

Barbara and her whole team are amazing! We have been lucky enough to enjoy her services for several family occasions and extended family occasions and have recommended her to many friends . Barbara and her professional, polite staff will take care of everything for you on your special day allowing you to really enjoy the celebration without having to worry about a thing. Barbara’s food is stunningly delicious and such a treat to have such high end food served to you in your own home without having to lift a finger!
